Spicy Mince with Fries

Ingredients
- Beef mince ½ kg
- Oil 1 cup
- Lemon juice (4 lemons)
- Potatoes 4 (peeled and cut for fries)
- Green chilies 6 (chopped)
- Red chillies 8 (whole)
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Green coriander as required (chopped)
- Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
- In a wok add the mince, ginger garlic paste, salt and turmeric powder and cook till water dries.
- Then add oil, green chillies, red chillies and lemon juice and take it out when cooked well.
- In a wok heat oil and add the potato chips to fry till they turn golden brown.
- Now dish out the mince and put chips on top of it.
- Garnish with chopped green coriander.
- Serve hot.
